Cedar Stars Bergen Girls are offering a LIL ROOTS program to all female players born in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015. The program will be located at Capelli Center in Carlstadt. This is a program that focuses on providing technical instruction in a low pressure environment to build players love for the game.

The program will have limited spots available and players will train on the following dates / times:

Jan: 10, 17,24,31

Feb: 7,14,21,28

2014 and 2015
Time: 1pm to 2pm

2012 and 2013
Time: 2pm to 3pm

Each player will need the following for every session:

• Size 3 soccer ball
• Cleats are recommended but sneakers are fine too.
• Water

All practices will be located at Capelli Center Carlstadt
401 Washington Ave, Carlstadt, NJ 07072

The cost of the program is $160 per player.
